Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)

They have a cargo area similar to a station wagon that is accessed via a flip-up rear hatch door, and many have all-wheel drive. While SUVs have some advantages over cars, such as increased protection, a higher driving position, and greater towing capacity, they are also more expensive to maintain and have a larger footprint.
